I've had my Himalayan 411 cc for about 3 years and it's been excellent, but the main thing I didn't like was the suspension, so I changed it. Ths got me thinking. What are the things you have changed on your Royal Enfield?

First thing I did was swap the seat since the stock one wore me out on long rides. I really really prioritize comfort and I guess that comes with age LOL. Anyway, I also added a different exhaust for wayyy better sound.

I love the Himalayan, it's a great bike, but I agree that the suspension is definitely a weak point.

my first few mods were all about comfort and practicality.
I swapped out the stock seat for a touring seat and added some handlebar risers. Those two things alone made a huge difference in my riding posture and comfort on longer trips. I also added a better bash plate and a radiator guard for some peace of mind on the trails
