The original battery on my machine finally failed, even though I kept it on a maintainer during the cold months. After checking, I realized the battery was already a year old before the machine was ever registered. I replaced it with a Tanya ENTX14-BS (14Ah, 200A), it should be more reliable and last longer, I think

Seems like a nice upgrade, that ENTX14 BS should hold up way better, keeping it on a maintainer definitely helps

That shelf time definitely shortens lifespan, even with a maintainer and you'll probably notice better cold starts and overall cranking power with the upgrade, it'll likely outlast the original by a good margin.
