Stock Meteor plugs YR7MES Iridium upgrade options?

I'm currently using the standard YR7MES plugs on my Meteor and was curious if there's an iridium option that can be swapped directly. Has anyone upgraded or do you know of a compatible part number? I'd love to hear what you all are using

For the Meteor, the stock YR7MES plug is a bit of an oddball and doesn't show up in most cross-reference charts. A few of us have tried the NGK LKR7BIX-P iridium plug but heads up, it has a fixed terminal, so you'll need a compatible coil cap. Some also mentioned Champion RER6YCA as a possible fit. Are you running stock ignition or planning to pair it with a fuel controller or hotter coil?
