Does the Scram 411 live up to Himalayan standards?

Considering a Scram 411 for city commutes and weekend adventures. The Himalayan has earned a reputation for enduring daily rides and light off-roading with ease but how does the Scram 411 stack up? Can it match the Royal Enfield Himalayan reliability or does it need extra care? People in my circle who own 1 seem happy so far but I'm curious to know what you guys can share here.

Hey, I've had my Scram 411 for about 8 months now, daily commutes, weekend backroads, even a little gravel and light trails. It's been good so far. Feels like a more city friendly himalayan without losing that tough, go anywhere character. Maintenance has been minimal though, just the usual checks. If you liked the himalayan you should feel right at home on the scram.

Good to hear you're putting your Scram through its paces and it's holding up well, that's encouraging! Have you noticed any big differences in how it handles compared to the Himalayan off-road, or is it pretty much six of one, half a dozen of the other?
