So I've been thinking about swapping out the stock plugs on my Royal Enfield for some iridium ones, heard they last longer and might give a smoother start, that about right? who knows if its worth the upgrade or just marketing hype?, wanna know before I drop cash

Yeah, iridium plugs usually last longer and can make starting smoother, but on a Royal Enfield, the difference isnt that huge. They're worth it if you want to change plugs less often, but don't expect a big performance boost. Definitely not just marketing, but not a must-have upgrade either.

If you think that you'll get a huge magic upgrade, you won't. Longevity vise they are better yeah, but if your stock plugs are in a good shape then i don't see why you would replace them
